This sample patent rigid box is famous in Japan. Recently this patent was expired. Complex die cutting line gives the big impression to consumer. You can see beautiful sample at <www2.tokai.or.jp/isobeshiki/ta.htm>. If cutting line has the nick and after content is filled and the margin of the lid is glued at the bottom of the inside box. This can keep the tamper proof. This idea is applied for paper cube box with wave cutting that can lift up the lid by twisting. You can also apply this idea to the folding carton and corrugated box such as E-flute with hot melt gluing. The cutting line can be customer’s logo at the front panel instead of heart mark.
