INVISIBLE nick is very small compare to existing nick. It is invisible after stripping or blanking. We prepare from 0.10mm(4/1000�h) to 0.16mm(6/1000�h) thick diamond disk. The griding result is from 5/1000�h and 7/1000�h wide nick. 5/1000�h wide nick is very useful for �gclear package�h. 7/1000�h wide nick is very useful for folding carton. Of course, this machine is very useful for normal wide nicking such as corrugated for 3mm(0.12�h) wide. The nick making time is 1.5 seconds per one nick. INVISIBLE nick can increase the die cutting speed. Normal 5000 shots/H can become into 7000 shots/H. Stripping by hammer is hard work. Stripping and blanking work does not improve from 50 years ago. It is slavish work. INVISIBLE nick saves man power and keep out slavish work. Of course, it is possible to reduce the stripping persons. Gluer operator can strip beside gluer.
